1. Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return your items for a full refund.
2. Hygiene Exemptions for Lingerie & Intimate Apparel
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items of an intimate nature—including briefs, thongs, and certain adhesive lingerie—cannot be returned or refunded once their protective packaging seal has been broken or removed, unless they are inherently faulty.
For all other returnable lingerie items (such as corsets, babydolls, and nightwear), items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original designer packaging with all original retail tags and hygiene strips fully intact.
3. How to Return An Item
To initiate a return, do not return packages to the sender address listed on your parcel box. Please email our dedicated customer care team at sales@twit2woo.com to receive an authorised return address and instructions. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Faulty items will be fully refunded or replaced free of charge under the guidelines of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
